N28, Vazha-Pshavela str., Batumi
The two-storey stone building built at the end of the XIX c. and at the beginning of the XX c. belonged to Ter-Oganezovs. The V-shaped building is a part of the densely populated area. Its main façade with Renaissance-Baroque style, faces the street. The avant-corps arranged at the façade edges are additionally highlighted with rectangular bays adorned with modelled plastic heads of Amors. The plastered blue walls have white semi-columns, pediments, garlands and other decorative elements. There are arched entrances under the avant-corps, to the left – a decorative wooden four-wing door of the entrance and to the right – metal tracery gate of the yard.
The building prominent with refined proportions, a high quality of construction and diversity of décor is among the best buildings of Batumi.
