The two-storey building which was the residence of the Military Governor was built in 1899. Its facades are adorned with the details characteristic of the Renaissance-Classic architecture. The corner of the first floor is cut off, on the top of which there is a bay with a balcony, which has a dome with a steeple.
The first and second floors are separated from each other by a shelf-shaped protuberance, under which a decorative row of “saw-tooth” is arranged. The profiled frames on the first floor have rectangular and sculptural decorations. The arched wide apertures on the second floor are adorned with pilasters with Corinthian capital, decorative consoles and saw-tooth motifs.
The building is prominent with its proportions, façade decorations and high-quality construction.
