Brief Description of the Building:
This building is an interesting example of early 20th-century urban heritage. It is a two-story building located at the intersection of two streets. The facades facing the streets are identically decorated. The building is constructed from brick, with the first floor plastered and decorated with horizontal grooves made in plaster. The rectangular windows and door openings are topped with a stone imitation of a keystone. The basement area is completely smooth and separated by a profiled belt.
The second floor is plastered and brick-faced, with the only decoration being the framing of the window and door openings, which are topped with a full arched area, also made of plaster. The second floor has three metal balconies protruding from the facade. The facade is finished with a wide cornice.
The building is characterized by well-balanced proportions and vibrant facade colors. It plays an important role in the urban development and character of the neighborhood.
