Batumi, Parnavaz Mepe Street No. 38
Brief description of the monument:
This small, single-story building was constructed in the early 20th century and stands on a raised semi-basement. The house is painted pink, with ornamental details highlighted in white. The façade features contrasting textures, with smooth walls on the upper part and a rough-textured surface on the semi-basement level.
The façade has a symmetrical composition, with a centrally placed doorway flanked on each side by pairs of rectangular windows framed by rusticated pilasters decorated at the upper sections with garlands. The building is crowned by a slightly projecting profiled cornice, beneath which runs a decorative frieze featuring floral motifs.
This structure is notable for its decorative façade, exemplifying an interesting example of early 20th-century residential architecture in Batumi.
