Brief description of the monument:
This single-story residential house, built at the turn of the 19th–20th centuries, rests on a high basement. Its façade features a covered entrance doorway and a series of five rectangular windows framed by profiled moldings. Above each window, architrave headers rest on decorative brackets, while a profiled belt runs along the façade beneath the window line, separated by rectangular decorative panels.
The basement area is ornamented with decorative plasterwork imitating stone blocks and contains five small basement windows topped by keystone imitations. The façade is completed by a profiled cornice supported by a series of ornamental consoles.
The building stands out for its tastefully designed façade, balanced use of decorative elements, and high-quality craftsmanship.
