Batumi, Irakli Abashidze Street N6 / Nikoloz Baratashvili Street N25
Brief Description of the Building:
This two-story residential building, constructed in the early 20th century, housed the hotel “Dvortsovye Nomera” in the 1920s, owned by Porfiri Khazaradze.
Designed with elements of Classicist architecture, the building has three façades opening onto two streets and one alley:
The façades are eclectic in style, with pseudo-classicist elements and are plastered throughout. Like other buildings in the area, the first floor is adapted for commercial use, with rectangular openings framed by rusticated pilasters.

The façades are painted in different tones across various sections.
There are eight hanging wrought-iron balconies on the second floor.
The building has an L-shaped plan.
On the courtyard side, parts of the open wooden gallery-balconies are still preserved.
However, the first floor has been entirely altered by later additions and infill constructions.
