Batumi, Davit Klidashvili St. N10 / Vazha-Pshavela St. N9
Brief description of the monument:
This building, constructed at the turn of the 19th-20th centuries, is a two-story structure located at the intersection of two streets. The facades facing the streets are identically designed. The brick building is unplastered. The first floor is decorated with horizontal grooves in the masonry. Above the rectangular windows and door openings, there is an imitation of a decorative stone carving. The basement section is completely plain and is separated by a profiled belt. Above the window openings on the second floor, a curved, fronton-like header made of plaster extends. Three metal balconies are present on the second floor. The façade ends with a wide, profiled cornice, which is adorned with a row of toothed motifs along the base. Above the cornice, in the center of both facades, is a baroque-style fronton.
