Batumi, Vazha-Pshavela Street N24
Brief Description:
This two-story residential house, built in the early 20th century, is aligned parallel to the yard in a rectangular shape. The façade is plastered and painted in a pinkish-red hue. The floors, divided by rectangular openings, are unadorned, lacking architectural decoration.
On the right wing of the building, there is a stone staircase, beneath which the space is enclosed and converted into a utility room. The metal balconies and window trims are of a later date.
To the left of the house, two smaller reconstructed buildings are situated. While not individually significant, these buildings contribute to maintaining the cultural heritage status of the area. Their preservation is crucial as it ensures the protection of the urban environment and the micro-neighborhood scale in the immediate vicinity of other heritage sites (buildings numbered 30, 28, 22, 20).
