The building located on N 35/67, Vazha-Pshavela str., Batumi is submitted for granting the status of cultural heritage monument in the National Agency of Georgia, on the initiative of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Agency of Adjara.

The said historical building (built in the 50-ies of the XX c.) is one of the prominent and attractive buildings of the Soviet Union period, which has no analogues in the city. The building is distinguished with symmetry, creative design of façade and a high level of accuracy.
