The wall and ceiling profiles of the remaining artistic elements in the interior will strengthen. At first, the sections of the roofs between the floors of the building, which are no longer subject to restoration, will be repaired. The roof of the building will change. The building, built at the beginning of the 20th century, with its simplicity and construction techniques, is an interesting example of the facade design of the Batumi residential house.
