In particular: Unauthorized works were carried out on the monument on Z. Gamsakhurdia St. N6 (Cafe Free Space) in Batumi.

On which an appropriate penalty report was drawn up and sent to the court.

In Batumi, at the monument at 23 Khulo Street, the Agency repeatedly drew up an administrative violation report with a triple fine.

This year, a total of four violations were detected by the Agencys control group on cultural heritage sites in Batumi.
