During the monitoring conducted by the Adjara Cultural Heritage Preservation Agency on 24 June , 2020 on the territory of Batumi seaside boulevard, the fact of non -compliance with the project of the works carried out during the rehabilitation of the cultural heritage building was observed. The issue concerns the change in the number of floors of the Ambassador" building ,in particular, the 5th floor was added instead of the 4th floor. However, the total volume of the building height did not increase.Based on the protocol of violations drawn up by the Agency , Ambassador LTD was fined with 10 000 GEL .The decision was sent to the court for further response.
