The life of the Roman soldiers of the 1th-3rd centuries came to life in the fortress once again.

Guests had the opportunity to participate in Roman games and taste Roman cuisine, which enabled them to become part of that epoch for a day.

The event was attended by Minister of Education, Culture, and Sports of the region Maia Khajishvili, Minister of Economy Jaba Putkaradze, deputies of the Supreme Council, and other guests.

The purpose of the event is to revive the ancient traditions that took place centuries ago in the Gonio fortress.
