With the support of Adjara Cultural Heritage Preservation Agency, Gonio-Apsarus Museum is visited by teachers of public and private schools of Telavi Municipality. Within the framework of the cultural-educational program "Teachers Diary", teachers got aquainted with the material cultural monuments in south-western Georgia (Gonio-Apsarus,Petra-Tsikhisdziri,Pichvnari). Lectures were heard on Gonio-Apsarus Fortress and research work in the area participated in an arcgeological expedition .They founded artifacts then fixed items and processed. The project also plans to visit museums in the Autonomous Republic of Adjara and get acquainted with the artefacts preserved in the funds . The aim of the project is to raise the qualification of teachers and to popularization the introduction of the national cultural heritage .The project is organized by Telavi Municipality.
