Cultural Heritage monument located on Europe Square in Batumi,which has been depreciated for years will be rehabilitared and maintained existing appearance.The building will be renovated and painted,appearance of the monument will be improved too. There were submitted several projects to the Adjara Cultural Heritage Preservation Agency, which envisaged the construction of several floors on the mentioned cultural heritage monument. The Agency explicitly requested to mainain the existing volume and carry out repair works in the interests of the monument . Today, Adjara Cultural Heritage Agency reviewed the project submitted by the investor LTD "JASMIN" ,which envisages the repair of the existing fesade. The counsil decided that the building should be rehabilitated without any changes to the size of the monument .Rehabilitation of the so-called first pharmacy building is carried out with private investments.
