The rehabilitation of urban monuments in the historical part of Batumi continues under the organization of the Adjara Cultural Heritage Protection Agency. At this stage, the recovery of the existing frontage in 26 May St. N37 is underway. The project envisages the rehabilitation of the roof and facade of the residential house. The roof will be entirely replaced, and the exterior of the building will be rehabilitated, in particular: the damaged and fallen parts of the facade will be restored, the existing doors and windows will be replaced, and the stairs will be restored. At the same time, the rehabilitation works of the monument in Rustaveli St. N7, one of the outstanding buildings in terms of its scale and architectural decoration of the facade, are being carried out.
