At the initiative of the LEPL Cultural Heritage Protection Agency of Adjara, the residential houses of the Nakashidzes (Keda) and Gorjeladzes (Kobuleti) were granted the status of an immovable monument of cultural heritage by the order of the General Director of the LEPL ”National Agency for Cultural Heritage Preservation of Georgia” No. 02/5 of January 30, 2025. The Nakashidzes’ house dates back to the first half of the 19th century, while the Gorjeladzes’ house can be traced back to the dates of 1890-1910 and contain interesting elements of traditional Georgian vernacular architecture.
