In Batumi, Abashidze st. Rehabilitation of the cultural heritage monument located in N3 has started.
Rehabilitation of the cultural heritage monument located at N28 Abashidze Street in Batumi has started with the financial support of the Adjara Cultural Heritage Protection Agency.
It is planned to restore the windows in the inner yard, repair the wooden glazed gallery-balconies system, fix the yard entrance, change the depreciated yard stairs and completely replace the roof of the building.
The building was built at the end of the XIX century and is one of the most attractive and interesting examples of Batumi,s urban heritage.
The building is distinguished by the painting of the entrance, the performance of the decor and the preserved authenticity.
