Today, on 1st of September, within the framework of the Batumi Black Sea Art Festiva Eliso Bolkvadze met with the participants of Art Camp and talked to the youth about music al and educations projects in the fort of Gonio-Apsarus.
The youth also got information about the history of Gonio.
They got aacquainted with the Roman Soldier,s ammunition and weapons, their daily activities, military and tactical setup and basic combat maneuvers.
They toured the museum and Roman war machines.
The Art Camp runs from September 1 to 10 and is attended by cir. 200 young people from different regions of Georgia, including students from vulanerable and small schools.
The project is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia.
