Rehabilitation of the cultural heritage monument located at N28 Luka Asatiani Street in Batumi is underway.heritage monument located at N28 Luka Asatiani Street in Batumi continues with the financial support of the Adjara Cultural Heritage Protection Agency.The lost and damaged artistic elements of the building were restored and the facade was repaired. The retaining wall was strengthened.The damaged stone arch in the central part was restored. Rehabilitation works will be completed in the time provided by the project.This building is an excellent architectural example of Batumi urban heritage.It was built on the border of XIX-XX centuries. It is distinguished by a peculiar, individual solution of the facade, exquisite taste and high construction skills.The building was handed over to private owners in the 1960s.
